Nordic Rights Condemns Russian Missile Attack on Ukrainian Soldiers

It is with deep sorrow and unwavering resolve that we condemn the recent Russian missile attack that resulted in the tragic loss of 19 Ukrainian soldiers on the front line in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Last week, these brave soldiers had gathered to attend a ceremony for military honors, a testament to their dedication and service to their country. The heinous missile attack, which claimed their lives, is not only a grave violation of human rights but also a stark reminder of the urgent need for international peace and diplomacy.

We express our condolences and solidarity with the families of the fallen Ukrainian soldiers and the people of Ukraine during these trying times. Their sacrifice for the cause of defending their nation is a stark reminder of the human toll of conflict, and it underscores the urgency for a peaceful resolution to the ongoing crisis.

Amidst these tragic events, we also note the conflicting accounts from Russia and Ukraine regarding the front line in the Zaporizhzhia region.
